Al and Noor’s unborn child will join Al’s three other children from previous relationships. The 83-year-old actor has a 33-year-old daughter with his ex-girlfriend, drama teacher Jan Tarrant.
He also has twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with his ex-girlfriend, actress Beverly D’Angelo, whom he dated from 1997 to 2003.

American actor Al and his ex-girlfriend Noor had their 1st baby on 6th June 2023. It’s a baby boy and they named him Roman. She calls him her whole heart. She posted an adorable photo on her IG handle of his hands with the caption,

83-year-old became a father for the 4th time is very happy with the news and said,
“It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
Who is Noor Alfallah?
Noor, from a wealthy Kuwaiti-American family, was previously in a relationship with Mick Jagger, 78, and philanthropist Nicolas Berggruen, 60.
Although she had previously posed for pictures with filmmaker Clint Eastwood, 91, she stressed that he was just a family friend.
