He was seen calling him a terrorist and said that Palestinian children should be killed in Gaza.

Adding, he said,

“If we killed 4,000 Palestinian kids, it wasn’t enough,”

He was serving as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual during the incident.

After the video went viral, he faced negative comments and criticisms from the public.

“charges of aggravated harassment, hate crime stalking, stalking causing fear, and stalking at a place of employment,”

The Police added,

“A 24-year-old male victim stated to police that an individual approached him at his work place multiple times and made anti-Islamic statements multiple times on different dates causing the victim to feel afraid and annoyed,”

Update on Stuart Seldowitz’s case

The former deputy director/senior political officer in the US State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs has apologized for the whole incident.

He told the City & State,

“I did have an argument with a food vendor. It is quite possible that it’s me. I mean, I’ve not seen the video, but I believe it’s probably me. I regret the whole thing happened and I’m sorry,”

He added,

“But you know, in the heat of the moment, I said things that probably I shouldn’t have said.”
