Kvy initiated his career with a small family running a Japanese restaurant. This is how he was inspired by the Japanese environment along with Matsushima San, culture, tradition and food. He left this place after 3 years.
He then worked at Zuma London for 2 years where he got the opportunity to work as a Head Sushi at Maze Gordon Ramsay.
